All prices are quoted in NPR (Nepalese Rupees) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made by the method specified at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available for select locations
• Bank transfer available
• Payment must be received in full before shipment

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability and quantity limitations.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to locations within Nepal. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition with all tags attached. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Original tags must be attached
• Proof of purchase required

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Product Availability

We do not guarantee that all items displayed on our website are available in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and refund your payment.

7. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
